NY Gov. Spitzer to resign

After being caugh being linked to a high-priced prostitution ring. Govenor Sptizer annonced his apoligy with his wife by his side. Spitzer would be replaced by Lt. Gov. David Paterson, who will become New York's first black governor. He is scheduled to announce his resignation at 11:30 a.m., according to a second top Spitzer staffer. The annocement has not yet been made.

Romney as McCains running mate?

“I think any Republican leader in this country would be honored to be asked to serve as the vice presidential nominee, myself included. Of course, this is a nation which needs strong leadership, and if the nominee of our party asked you to serve with him, anyone would be honored to receive that call, and to accept it, of course,”

Of course this doesnt mean John McCain wants Romney. I like Romney but, they havnt really gotten along in the past. But maybe thats what John McCain needs, someone to challenge him! Who knows what will happen. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
